Thank you for supporting Garage Bougie! We take great pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted home decor and personalized pieces. Because many of our items are made to order, please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Processing & Production Times

  • Standard Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship items are processed and packaged within [5-7] business days.

  • Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items: Because our rustic farmhouse decor, centerpieces, and custom gifts are built by hand, please allow [7-10] business days for production before your item ships.

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Production timelines for heavily customized pieces will be coordinated with you directly, but generally take [1-3] weeks.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email with tracking information the moment your shipping label is created.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to addresses within the United States [and International destinations, if applicable]. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal peaks. Garage Bougie is not responsible for courier transit delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Shipment Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

4. Damages, Lost Packages, & Issues

We pack our handmade wooden items with extreme care to ensure they arrive safely, but we know accidents happen during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [garagebougie4@gmail.com]. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We will work quickly to get a replacement sent out to you.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, porch delivery spots, or your local post office branch first.
