Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Garage Bougie, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Because we work quickly to manage our inventory and orders, we enforce a strict 7-day return and exchange window.
1. The 7-Day Window
You have 7 calendar days from the exact date your item was marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier to request a return or exchange.
Any requests made on day 8 or later will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, custom or personalized orders, and items marked as "Final Sale."
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Do not mail your item back without contacting us first. Please follow these steps:
Email us at [Your Support Email Address] within 7 days of delivery.
Include your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange (if you want an exchange, please specify the new item/size you are looking for).
If the item arrived damaged, please attach a clear photo of the damage.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For regular returns/exchanges: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For damaged or incorrect items: If we made a mistake or your item arrived broken, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Recommended: We highly advise using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that it has arrived safely.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which typically takes [e.g., 3–5 business days] to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
