I ordered this beautiful piece for my dining table and was quite disappointed when I opened it to see it didn’t have a special Walnut color but more closely resembled Oak. It didn’t look like it got well stained enough and while I like it, I wouldn’t have ordered it in this paler color. The photo example is such a perfect and rich stain, that’s what I was hoping for.

I'm sad that what I received was just a plank of pine and some knobs on the bottom. The price definitely does not match the quality. There is no finish and the corners are just corners, not rounded or sanded nicely. It's sadly just not what was portrayed in the pictures. I wanted to love it but I could have just asked my dad for a 2x4 and painted it black.

Had an issue with post office mishandling shipment and damaging item. Resulting in item getting replaced, only to have usps damage the replacement as well. So a refund from seller was initiated. Seller was very professional and stood behind the item, even though the damage was no fault of their own. Shipping was quick.. both times and packing was very secure. Unfortunately, there must be a team of gorilla's working at my local post office.
It is well made and I likes it very much. Jesus the Shepherd statue is on it right now. Thank you for a job well done.

I love my riser but do wish it had arrived with a more substantial finish. I had to add a sealer to avoid scratching it.
