Not only does the item match the description, its better. It was carefully wrapped for delivery, and our expectations we met and then some.
i thought it would have a finish and not just stain on it and the lid would be a little different but overall it is nice.

Wayne was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I initially wasn't completely sure about the first design I selected, and he kindly created another proof with two additional options so I could choose the one that best suited the couple. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process so easy.

loved the keepsake box, size was what I was looking for. Its a gift for my daughters wedding. Think it would of looked good with a glossy coating to the box for further protection.. just an idea. Thank you again. Customer service was also easy and love the quick response.

We requested a medium box with white stain and a card slot with “Thank You” engraved on top. The box we got came without a card slot/engraving, and the white stain is very neutral/dull compared to the examples online. Wayne did issue us a partial refund as we don’t have time to correct it.

The box i received had completely different first names and the wrong date on the front of the box.
They were nice enough to provide a refund.
The quality of the build was not the best as the locking hinge was bent and the lid was off.
