Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to processing and delivering your orders safely, securely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines, carrier details, and transit expectations below.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within [1–4] weeks (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), on an item by item basis.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

• You will receive a notification email with full tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged and is ready for carrier pickup.

Please Note: Processing time is separate from transit (delivery) time. During high-volume seasonal periods or product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will reach out to you directly via email.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We partner exclusively with UPS to ensure dependable, day-definite delivery across the United States.

Delivery Details & Limitations:

• Tracking: Every domestic shipment includes real-time door-to-door tracking.

• P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Because we ship via UPS Ground, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid processing delays.

3. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to select global destinations using UPS Standard for dependable cross-border ground transport.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU/DDP)

International orders may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), tariffs, and customs brokerage fees levied by the destination country.

Important: All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are collected at the time of delivery. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the cost of original shipping and any return transit fees charged by UPS will be deducted from your final product refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipping label is generated, an automated email containing your UPS Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking status on the official UPS portal.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once a package leaves our facility, transit anomalies can occur.

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the external packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us by visiting our Contact Page. within [48 hours] of delivery.

• Marked Delivered but Missing: If your UPS tracking link shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors, porch delivery boxes, or your building's front desk first. If it remains missing, contact us within [3 business days] so we can initiate a formal trace and claim investigation with UPS.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered or are delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate info provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please email us immediately by visiting our Contact Page.. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot make changes once the package has been handed over to UPS.
